Depending on the package an owner chooses, our management services include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the package an owner chooses, our management services include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administrative and financial management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;background-color:#f9f9f9\" class=\"wp-block-list has-background\">\n<li>Tenancy contracts, rent collection and deposit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check-in tenant: by drawing up a check-in report &amp; photos, we record the condition of a property at the start of a tenancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administration of a property during a tenancy, such as insurances, contributions and local taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administration of a tenancy including immediate action if the rent has not received before the first of a month, charging user charges to a tenant and annual indexation of the rent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact person for tenant and property owner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediate action when a tenant leaves to prevent vacancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check-out tenant: based on a check-out report &amp; photos, we record the condition of a property and compare it with the condition at the start of that tenancy. Any loss or damage will be deducted from a tenant\u2019s deposit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly and annual financial report of the administration of the property and its tenancy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Rate 5% of the gross monthly rent, with a minimum of \u20ac 60 per month<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;background-color:#f9f9f9\" class=\"wp-block-list has-background\">\n<li>Preparing a property for tenancy, including cleaning and maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Periodic maintenance and repairs as needed, including for example to a boiler. This type of maintenance is first reported to the owner, including the costs and who is responsible for it: tenant or property owner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediate action in the event of emergencies, such as boiler failure or leaks. We are available 24\/7 and take immediate action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Rate: 4% of the gross monthly rent, with a minimum of \u20ac 50 per month.
